FEESH is the community side of our brand.
The problem
Too many sign-ins
Fans had to sign in on several screens, and nobody could see where they stood.
What we built
One sign-in, then the pages work
- One sign-in across the site. Once you are signed in, the pages that need it work without another sign-in.
- Public angler pages, one for each angler name.
- A public leaderboard called The Line. Rows show a display name or an unnamed angler number.
- Points for reviewed posts. A person reads each post before points are given, and a daily cap applies. Points are a record and a badge. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and pay nothing out (see its terms).
- The rules for the points are shown on the leaderboard page, so a visitor can see how points are earned.

No member counts yet
We do not publish member counts yet. On the day this case goes public we will pull live counts, with test entries removed, and publish those.
What we would do first
For a similar community site
Generic walkthrough, not a client. Map every place people sign in, keep one sign-in, and publish the rules before the first points are given.
