V2 adds the power to the people: any player can propose to overwrite a canon inscription by burning VIBESTR. The community votes (weighted). If yes-votes win, the canon updates and the tokens burn. If no, full refund. All v1 functions preserved.
Deployed to mainnet with owner-tunable knobs: proposal voting period, minimum burn to propose, custom voting power per curator. 38 Foundry tests (37 functional, 1 fuzz) passing. The architecture is ready for the community to shape its own lore.
